What happens if I don’t pay the due bill on time?
You will receive regular reminders via email and SMS before any due payments to avoid missing them. If Tabby is unable to collect payments on the scheduled day, you will no longer be able to make purchases with Tabby until dues are paid.
In the case of overdue payments, a collection fee will be applicable for customers in the markets of UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
As for customers in KSA, starting 16 December 2023, there will be no more collection fees imposed on Tabby orders.
