My bank loan application / credit card application was declined because my credit information was not updated by Tabby?

If you have repaid an existing payment with Tabby, your information and payment status will be updated to SIMAH maximum within 1 week from the date of repayment.

If this is an urgent case and cannot wait a week’s time, Tabby can provide you with a letter stating your current repayment status to be able to share with 3rd parties.

Alternatively, you can also raise a dispute on your personal SIMAH portal and Tabby will respond as soon as possible.

To note, some banks may reject a loan or credit card application if you have an existing payment with Tabby. Unfortunately, Tabby has no control over this and that will depend on each bank / lender’s situation
