How does my Tabby Card’s available limit work?
Your available limit (the amount you can spend) is set at an individual level and is reassessed regularly to help you spend responsibly. You’ll see your available limit on the Tabby app home and profile screen. Here’s how it works:
- Limits are pre-approved: Your available limit can be used to shop at Tabby stores. No prepaid top-ups or fees.
- One limit. Online and in-store: The same limit applies to both online and in-store purchases.
- Works like any other credit balance: When you make a purchase the available limit is reduced. When you make returns or payments it is increased.
- Regularly reviewed: Your credit limit may increase if you make payments on time or decrease based on low usage.
When shopping online, your available limit is more of a guide than a rule. You may still be approved for higher purchase amounts.
