How do I delete my account? A step-by-step guide.
Before you delete your account, you need to do the following:
- Check for active orders Ensure there are no active orders linked to your account. If you have pending others, it’s best to wait until these are paid.
- Check your balance If you still have a balance in your wallet, you can withdraw the balance to your bank account or contact us for a manual refund.
How you delete your account will depend on the device you’re using.
For iOs users:
- Open the Tabby app
- Select Profile
- Select Personal information
- Select Delete account
- Select Continue
- Specify the reason you’re deleting your account
- Confirm by selecting Delete account
For Android users:
- Contact the Tabby Support team by email, phone or through our chat feature, and inform us that you’d like to delete your account
- Verify your identity by following the on-screen instructions. This is for security purposes, and to ensure the safety and privacy of your account.
- Once you’ve verified your identity, we’ll delete your account.
- Once your account is deleted, you’ll be automatically logged out.
