My Tabby Card transaction did not work, what went wrong?

A transaction with Tabby Card might not work for the following reasons:

  1. Tabby Card is accepted at offline stores: your Tabby Card works best for in-store shopping. Find your favorite brands on our app that accept the card at their branches.
  2. Your available limit has been exceeded: you can make the next payment to increase your current limit.
  3. The store is not supported: The store you’re shopping at is not supported by Tabby Card, find participating stores on the app.
  4. The down payment didn’t go through: something went wrong with your purchase down payment. Open your Tabby app and go to My payments to settle any overdue payments.
