The Tabby Card doesn’t work in one of our stores.
If a customer tries to pay with their Tabby Card, but the payment is declined on the POS/card reader, it is most likely due to Tabby’s MID database. This can be easily resolved.
If this situation occurs, please reach out to Tabby’s help center by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When emailing, be sure to mention which store and mall this happened at, and to include a photo of the ‘declined’ printed receipt, with the merchant ID clearly visible.
