When will the customer be refunded after we registered a return?

After you register the return, your customer will be able to see the refunded amount back in the original card they used for purchase. This usually takes between 14-21 working days depending on the customer’s bank. The refund will be automatically reflected on the customer’s Tabby account and any due payment related to it cancelled.
