Steps to Take Before Deleting Your Account (Data)

Check for Active Orders - Please ensure that there are no active orders linked to your account. If you have pending orders, it's best to wait until these are completed.

Wallet Balance - If there is any balance in your wallet, you have two options:

  • Withdraw the Amount: You can withdraw the funds to your bank account.
  • Manual Refund: Contact us, and we will process a manual refund for you.

Steps to Delete Your Account (Data)

The steps differ slightly based on your device type:

For iOS Users:

  1. Open the Tabby application.
  2. Navigate to the Profile page.
  3. Tap on Personal Information.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Press Continue.
  6. Choose a reason for account deletion.
  7. Confirm by clicking on Delete Account.

For Android Users:

If you are using an Android device and wish to delete your account, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our Customer Support Team via email, phone, or through the app's chat feature. Let us know that you wish to delete your account.
  2. Verification Process: For your security, we will conduct a brief verification process to confirm your identity. This is to ensure the safety and privacy of your account.
  3. Account Deletion Request: After verifying your identity, our team will proceed with your request to delete your account.
  4. Confirmation and Logout: Once your account is deleted, you will be automatically logged out. We will send you a confirmation that your account has been successfully deleted.
