How do I delete my account? A step-by-step guide.

Before you delete your account, you need to do the following:  
  • Check for active orders Ensure there are no active orders linked to your account. If you have pending others, it’s best to wait until these are paid. 
  • Check your balance If you still have a balance in your wallet, you can withdraw the balance to your bank account or contact us for a manual refund. 

How you delete your account will depend on the device you’re using.

For iOs users:

  1. Open the Tabby app 
  2. Select Profile
  3. Select Personal information 
  4. Select Delete account
  5. Select Continue
  6. Specify the reason you’re deleting your account 
  7. Confirm by selecting Delete account 

For Android users:

  1. Contact the Tabby Support team by email, phone or through our chat feature, and inform us that you’d like to delete your account 
  2. Verify your identity by following the on-screen instructions. This is for security purposes, and to ensure the safety and privacy of your account.
  • Once you’ve verified your identity, we’ll delete your account. 
  • Once your account is deleted, you’ll be automatically logged out.
