Why did I not receive cashback?
If you made a purchase and don’t see cashback in your account, it may be due to one of these reasons:
- You might have started your shopping journey outside of Tabby.
- Your order was made less than 72 hours ago. In this instance, we’ll send you an SMS to notify you about your cashback. Alternatively, navigate to Profile > Rewards in the Tabby app after 72 hours.
- You made purchases on ineligible store categories or products. To view a store’s eligible categories, check its store page on our site or app. You can also find information about a store’s cashback deals by tapping the Conditions badge.
- You have ad blockers or unblockers applied to your browser which were not completely disabled when purchasing.
- You used a coupon or voucher code that conflicts with Tabby Cashback.
- You clicked on a third-party offer/advertisement link before or during your purchase process.
- You manually modified the website link used in the purchase process.
