Why was my payout a different amount than I expected?
You can review all the orders included in the payout from your Dashboard. If you still don’t understand why the amount is different than you expected, consider any of these reasons:
- Your payout cycle may have changed, so this payout includes a different group of transactions in accordance with new cycle.
- Transactions might not be included because they were processed after the 21:00 UTC cutoff for payout reports.
- You might have pending refunds and/or disputes.
