How do I apply for a refund on a Tabby Card purchase?
Contact the store to initiate the return. If the return is within the store's policy, the cashier will guide you through the process, allowing you to select the Tabby Card from your digital wallet on the terminal. After the refund is processed, your limit will be adjusted and any made payments will be refunded.
Refunds typically take up to 21 days to process, although in some cases they may take longer.
Cashback associated with refunded items will be deducted from your next cashback payment. If the deduction exceeds the next payment, it will be set to zero.
