Who is eligible to make a claim?

To support your claim, you’ll need to provide relevant and requested information.  

You can make a claim through Tabby if: 

  • You’ve already contacted the seller 
  • Your order was made online using Pay in 4

You cannot make a claim through Tabby if:  

  • The payment of the order in question is overdue
  • Your order was made in-store 
  • Your order is a Tabby+ order 
  • You’ve used Tabby Care inappropriately or in a fraudulent manner
