To support your claim, you’ll need to provide relevant and requested information.
You can make a claim through Tabby if:
- You’ve already contacted the seller
- Your order was made online using Pay in 4
You cannot make a claim through Tabby if:
- The payment of the order in question is overdue
- Your order was made in-store
- Your order is a Tabby+ order
- You’ve used Tabby Care inappropriately or in a fraudulent manner
