How do refunds work with Tabby?

Once you accept your customer's return, Tabby will provide a full or partial refund, depending on the specific refund situation.

You can make a refund through the Tabby dashboard or app or automate refunds with our API documentation.

To refund an order from your dashboard, go to your dashboard’s Orders page. Once you find the right order, select Refund with Tabby.

Refund transactions will be reflected on the next payout reports on your Tabby dashboard.
