How can I find the current status of my reported issue?

  1. Go to Profile > Reported issues 
  2. Find the status of your reported issue
  3. Select the relevant order

Orders can be:

  • Approved (the store confirmed your request)
  • Declined (the store declined your request) 
  • Cancelled (you marked your problem as resolved, so the store no longer has to review your request)
