How can I find the current status of my reported problem?
To check the current status and outcome of the investigations, follow these steps in the Tabby app.
- Go to Profile > Reported issues at the bottom of the screen
- Find the status of your reported problem
- Select the specific order. Orders could be:
- Approved (The store confirmed your request)
- Declined (Your request was declined due to possible reasons)
- Cancelled (You marked your problem as resolved, and it’s been withdrawn from the list that the store has to review and solve)
