Why was my refund request been declined?
Your refund could have been declined due to any of the following:
- Our investigation showed that the store fulfilled your order correctly and did not violate its policies in providing the product or service to you
- We cannot proceed with your request due to either a lack of supporting evidence or an inability to contact you
- Your issue has already been resolved and you asked our Support team to close the request as it’s not currently valid. In this case, it is displayed as Declined in the app.
