Why did Tabby share my payment status with SIMAH?
We are obligated to share all customer information with SIMAH in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). This means we update customer data with SIMAH within 4 days.
If you have an active payment with Tabby, it will appear in your SIMAH account. Once a payment is made, its updated status will be reflected in our next scheduled update with SIMAH.
