How do I report an issue with my order?

If you have already reached out to the store but have yet to receive assistance, you can report an issue with your order. To do so:

  1. Find the order you’d like to report. 
  2. Select Need help with the order?
  3. Select Report issue 
  4. Describe the exact issue you’re facing and how we can assist. Attaching evidence such as receipts, screenshots or photos can also help us resolve your issue sooner. 
  5. Submit your issue by selecting Report

We’ll try our best to get back to you within a few days and aim to respond within 21 days.
